Before I leave for work, a campaign rally is usually taking place. Unfortunately, I end up listening to a McCain and/or Palin speech for some reason. Last week I was lucky enough to listen to Joe Biden, but I rarely get to hear or watch an Obama speech.
In any case, the following is a plan for the middle class Barack Obama unveiled today.
