The Orchid Show is currently running at the New York Botanical Garden. So of course Renee wanted to go. And there was a nice enough day recently where we went down to the Bronx one morning and strolled the grounds for a couple hours. First (and for Renee the only) order of business: make our way to the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory where I battled humidity and Renee battled too many people wandering into her shots. But it was beautiful. Some amazing orchids are on display. Next, we then made our way to The Shop in the Garden and too many choices aren’t necessarily a good thing. We finished our time there wandering the walkways, checking out the rock garden exhibit, and following the canoe trail. All in all, a fun time.
